Please read the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the ew8 platform ("Platform"), including our website at ew8.lat, mobile applications, and all associated services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and ew8 ("ew8", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. General

ew8 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform, offering sports betting, live casino games, slots, online poker, and horse racing to eligible members. These Terms apply to all products and services available on the ew8 Platform, including any future features or services we may introduce.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ew8, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ew8 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts identity verification checks in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ew8 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from ew8 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or director of ew8 or any of its affiliate entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on ew8, you must create a member account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify ew8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ew8 reserves the right to refuse any account registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. ew8 accepts the following payment methods for Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, as well as major cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit flow within your account dashboard. ew8 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit wherever technically possible. ew8 aims to process approved withdrawals within 4–24 hours, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met.

ew8 may delay or decline a withdrawal request if:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) is incomplete.
• There is an active bonus with unsatisfied wagering requirements attached to your balance.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal request cannot be matched to a verified payment source in your name.

ew8 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks before processing large withdrawal amounts. These checks are conducted in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ew8 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following general rules apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will be forfeited after the expiry date.
• Each member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus via multiple accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• ew8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• Bonuses issued as a result of system errors, technical glitches, or operator mistakes are not valid and will be removed from your account.

6. Betting Rules

ew8 offers a range of wagering products including sports betting (covering events such as the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UFC), live casino games, slot games, online poker, and horse racing. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled unless ew8 explicitly provides a cash-out or bet-edit function for that specific market.
• ew8 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error or technical fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply and vary by product, market, and membership tier. Current limits are displayed within each wagering interface.
• ew8 may limit, restrict, or close the account of any member whose betting patterns indicate professional or sharp wagering activity that is inconsistent with recreational play, at our sole discretion.
• Results and settlements are based on official data sources. In the case of a dispute, ew8's decision on the outcome of any event is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined below.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the ew8 Platform:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or any other competitive format.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies or promotional offers in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or attempting to disguise the origin of funds through gaming activity.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer our software, or disrupt the operation of the Platform in any way.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for wagering.

Any member found to be in breach of the above prohibitions will have their account immediately suspended. ew8 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation and to refer the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ew8 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ew8 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ew8 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ew8 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Privacy

ew8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data and do not sell personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

For KYC and anti-money laundering compliance, we may share your information with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification services. This is a legal obligation and not subject to your opt-out.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ew8 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or regulatory action).
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or your failure to notify us of unauthorized access in a timely manner.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party data suppliers, including sports data, odds feeds, and live score services.

In all cases where ew8 is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

ew8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all pending KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ew8 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the ew8 Platform shall be conducted in English, and you waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Amendments

ew8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email and display a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ew8 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
